I have been on the recovery and discovery path for over thirty years. I have a
Masters in Social Work and was working as a crisis counselor with adolescents
and their families when my soul started calling me to move across the country
and restore my wild Nature connection in 2012. I obtained certifications as a
Holistic Life Coach as well as a Qigong Instructor.

My own healing journey has led me to study Astrology from multiple
perspectives; Shamanism; Dreamwork; Gene Keys; Human Design; Inner
Alchemy; and Trauma Recovery which I weave together for a multifaceted
approach of getting to know our True Nature.

I am a lifelong student of life and my passion is to share what I have experienced
along the winding path. I am a guide for those who also feel called to restore their
inherent wholeness and rise with embodied power, an open heart, and acquired
wisdom no matter their age or gender. It is a journey of unifying all of our parts
with love, a process of Re-membering our connection to our sacred body temple,
to Source, to Nature, and to present moment awareness with childlike joy and
wonder. My dream is that we all feel safe enough to embody peace, inner wealth,
and aliveness as we walk together in harmony onto the New Earth in the
